Bon Appetit!!

My version of Nikujaga/Potato Stew/소고기 감자 졸임

Seasonings(양념):
Brown sugar(흙설탕) 1.5 TBS
Soy sauce(간장) 1.5 TBS
Sake(청주) 1.5 TBS
Mirin(미린) 1.5 TBS
Dashi(다시다) 1.5 TBS
Water(물) 1 Cup

Potato 2 ea. medium size
감자 2 개

Onion(양파) 1 ea.
Carrot(당근) 1 ea.
Beef(소고기) 0.5 lbs (Shabu-shabu style thin cut샤부샤부 스티일로 얇게 썰은것)


Stir fry the thinly sliced beef until brown (소고기를 볶는다)

Add vegetables and stir fry(준비된 감자, 양파, 당근을 넣고 복는다)





Add water, dashi powder and bring it to boil(물과 다시를 넣고 끓인다)
Add brown sugar and boil for 1 minute(흙설탕을 넣고 1분간 끓인다)



Add soy sauce and boil for 1 minute(간장을 넣고 1분간 끓인다)
Add sake and mirin, cover the pan and boil for 25 minutes under the low heat(청주와 미린을 넣은후 뚜껑을 덮고 약한불에서 25분간 졸인다)

Enjoy...맛있게 먹는다
